To help, Lisburn developers WJ Law plan to hold a second Homebuyers’ Workshop at Summerhill in Banbridge on Saturday 17th April 2010 from 10am – 2pm to provide a marvellous opportunity for prospective purchasers to meet with the Developer, Estate Agents, Mortgage lenders, kitchen designers, bathroom, tile and fireplace suppliers and discuss their own personal requirements.
Homebuyers can also discover a unique ‘Smart Move‘ scheme launched by the Developers in which W J Law pay a 25% mortgage deposit for clients on any of their new homes. Buyers own their homes outright and the 25% is repayable at market value if you sell the house, or else within 10 years, whichever comes first. This scheme enables the purchasers to arrange for a much lower mortgage resulting in lighter monthly repayments.
